Living the Dream...almost

Cody's friend next door has a little motorbike. Jack is not old enough yet for it, but his Dad let Cody and he get on it just for fun. Fortunately, for the mother watching Ü the gas would not start, so he gave Cody a big push down the hill instead. Cody was thrilled !

Domestic Engineering sessions

Cody and I had another HOW TO session Thursday morning. He was taught how to completely clean and disinfect a bathroom. He followed directions really well and was really proud at how great it looked when he was done. We had a few chuckles and he brought the drama to his "sparkling loo" picture Ü

He also enjoys cooking and makes some really neat little things. I will have to post them sometime. Here's to Domestic Engineering!

Afternoon at the Park

We spent the afternoon at the All Sports Park with John's brother, Aukai, and his family..including an extra cousin, Samuel.
Cody wanted to fish and lost the first rod and reel when Uncle Aukai lost it to the pond Ü Evidently, someone before us had technical difficulties also! We moved to another location and Cody was excellent with his casting

While Ashton watched Cody throw a big string into the water

The children enjoyed watching the ducks and we even were able to see a Mommy and her ducklings taking a nap on a log Mercedes had endless energy and just ran around the whole area

We then moved on to the park, where the children enjoyed playing on all the equipment

It was a beautiful day outside and we all really enjoyed it!
